Only the All-American Sunroom has evolved from the prefabricated or pre-engineered sunrooms of the early 90's (and even today) into a truly custom designed and constructed room which begins with your own vision of what your room should be. With your guidance, we'll show you many examples of what others have chosen in design and performance, provide unique suggestions for the many options you may want to consider, and optimize your design to fit your own individual preferences and budget. We'll generate a simple CAD drawing with wall elevations and roof plans so you'll have a "picture" to start with, make any changes you wish and then incorporate them into the final plan.

Your room starts with double 2x6 framed structure on either a slab or insulated deck and ends with today's highest performance windows and doors. Multiple roof construction options are limited only by your existing structure and/or budget. Interior and exterior finish trim may be totally maintenance free using high-tech trim materials or, classic stained or painted wood surfaces, moldings, and ceiling systems. Indirect lighting, flooring, split-system heating and cooling, a wide selection of colors, accommodating a patio kitchen or other special use you may have in mind are just a few of the options available in our rooms.

If you wish, the prefab room is still an option from All-American. However, your investment will be virtually the same. Compare and see for yourself.
